To Change Probe Calibration - Grill:
1. Press and hold for three, (3) seconds. “ENTER
CODE” will be displayed.
2. Using the Gap Setting buttons,
enter the code, (1251). “ENTER CODE **** ” will
be displayed.
3. Press to enter the Progra mming Mode.
“PROGRAMMING MODE MENU ITEMS”
will be displayed.
4. Press two, (2) times. “PROGRAMMING
MODE SYSTEM SETUP” is displayed.
5. Press five, (5), times. “PROBE CAL – GRILL
XXX F” will be displayed.

*CALIBRATION REQUIRE MENTS
e control sof tware will beep to the user w hen it
is appropriate to calibrate. e c ontrol will allow
calibration provided the following conditions are
met:
• Temperature is currently falling f rom a detected
peak of 360°F or higher.
• Temperature is falling and has fa llen 2°F from a
detected peak that is within the 350-360°F range.
(i.e. calibration would be allowed at 355°F if the
achieved peak temperature was 357°F)

• Temperature is rising through the 350-360°F
range as a result of a heat on pulse of less tha n 30
seconds.
To Change Platen Set:
1. Press and hold for three, (3) seconds. “ENTER
CODE” will be displayed.

be displayed.
3. Press to enter the Progra mming Mode.
