
CD drive problems
An audio CD produces no sound.
Probable cause | Solution |

The CD is loaded incorrectly | Make sure the label is facing up, then try again. |

|
The speakers are not | Make sure the speaker cables are connected |
connected | properly and securely. |

|
The speaker volume is turned | Check the volume control and turn it up if |
down | necessary. |

|
The speakers may be muted | Make sure mute controls are turned off. To |
