1.Turn the laminator on (I) at the POWER ON/ OFF located at the back of the machine (Fig. 9). The
HEAT
lamp will come on and the READY 
light illuminate for approximately one minute then go out.
2.CAUTION: Make sure the safety shield and feed tray
are in their proper position to operate the unit.
3.The laminator will automatically default to the 1.5 & 3 MIL setting If you are using 1.0 MIL film, you must manually select 1.0 MIL. The laminator will set the temperature for the respective film and 20 lb. bond paper (copier paper). If you are laminating heavier stock, press SLOW to reduce the speed for quality lamination. If the item is lighter, increase speed by pressing FAST. Adjusting the speed control to high of a speed
may cause the HEAT
lamp to illuminate. You will have to slow
the laminator down in order to ensure proper lamination. Refer to the SPEED GUIDE CHART, located on the top right side cover or section SPEED GUIDE
AND THE ART OF LAMINATING for speed settings on similar material.
4.Do not begin laminating until
the HEAT
lamp goes out
and the READY 
lamp illuminates. The normal warm- up time is approximately 10 minutes.
5.Position the item(s) to be laminated on the Feed Table.
1.Attivare la plastificatrice posizionando su (I) il pulsante
POWER ON/ OFF (ACCESO/ SPENTO) posto sulla parte posteriore della macchina (Fig.
9). La spia HEAT (CALORE)
si illuminerà e la spia READY
(PRONTO) 
si accenderà per circa un minuto, dopodiché si spegnerà.
2.ATTENZIONE: Assicurarsi che lo schermo protettivo ed
il piano di alimentazione siano posizionati correttamente.
3.La plastificatrice si stabilirà automaticamente sui valori standard per l’impostazione di
1.5& 3 MIL. Se state utilizzando film da 1,0 MIL, dovrete selezionare manualmente
1.0MIL. La plastificatrice
imposterà automaticamente la temperatura per il rispettivo film e per carta da scrivere da 20 lb. (carta per fotocopiatrici). Se state plastificando materiale più pesante, premere SLOW (LENTO) per ridurre la velocità della plastificatrice. Se l’articolo è più leggero, aumentare la velocità premendo FAST (VELOCE). Se la velocità viene regolata su un livello alto, è possibile che si illumini la spia
HEAT (CALORE)
. In questo caso, sarà necessario rallentare
la velocità della plastificatrice per assicurarsi un corretto funzionamento della macchina. Per le impostazioni della velocità di materiali simili, consultare il
GRAFICO GUIDA ALLE VELOCITÀ che si trova sulla parte superiore destra della copertura, oppure consultare la sezione GUIDA ALLE
VELOCITÀ E L’ARTE DELLA PLASTIFICAZIONE.
4.Non procedere alla plastificazione prima che si sia spenta la spia HEAT
(CALORE)
e si sia accesa la spia READY (PRONTO) 
. Il
normale tempo di riscaldamento è di 10 minuti.
5.Sistemare gli articoli da plastificare sul piano di alimentazione.
