Place all chocolate and milk ingredients in one double bowl. Place unwrapped caramels, white chocolate, and milk in the other double bowl. Place double bowls in base. Use to dip fruit, cookies, or cake cubes.

Cover and cook: High – 45 minutes, then stir and cook another 15 minutes.

2tablespoons olive oil

2envelopes zesty Italian dressing mix

Potatoes should be the size of golf balls. If not, cut in half or quarter.
