2.2.2.3Monitoring Signal Strength and Quality
Signal strength shows the power level of the signal you are receiving. When the signal is strongest, four bars are shown. When it is weakest, one bar is shown. When the modem is searching for a signal, the bars will scan from left to right.
Signal Quality measures the actual quality of the signal (signal in relation to surrounding noise/interference, etc.).
