Reposición del cartucho del sistema Ósmosis Inversa

NOTA: Al reemplazar el cartucho del sistema de Ósmosis Inversa, también instale un nuevo control de flujo y rejilla. Consulte la sección de Control del flujo y rejilla.

Si el sistema de filtración del sistema de Ósmosis Inversa está conectado a su máquina de hielos DEBERÁ apagar la máquina levantado el brazo de extensión antes de poner el filtro en servicio, cambiar los filtros o purgar el sistema de filtración. Cuatro horas después de poner en servicio su unidad, baje el brazo indicador para continuar la elaboración de hielos.

Asegúrese de lavar sus manos con jabón anti-bacterial antes de manipular las partes internas del sistema.

1 Apague la válvula de suministro de agua hacia el sistema de Ósmosis Inversa (gire en el sentido del reloj) y abra el grifo del agua del sistema de Ósmosis Inversa. Permita que el sistema se drene completamente (esto toma varios minutos).

PRECAUCIÓN: No cerrar la válvula de suministro de agua causará que el agua se riegue o corra cuando se retiren los sumideros.

2 Hale el sistema de Ósmosis Inversa hacia afuera del compartimiento. Deje los tubos conectados. Coloque una toalla seca debajo de la unidad del sistema de Ósmosis Inversa.

3 Destonille la tapa de entrada para la caja del sistema de Ósmosis Inversa.

4 Use unas pinzas para halar el cartucho de la caja y deseche el cartucho.

5 Desinfecte el sistema. Consulte el Procedimiento para cambiar el filtro, incluyendo la sección de desinfección. Complete los pasos 5–9, sin embargo, coloque los filtros en una bolsa plástica limpia y reinstálelos en el Paso 9.
