Hiding a Title or Chapter+R, +RW
To hide a title or chapter from playing
(without deleting it from the disc):
1 Press DISC MENU/LIST.
2 Select the title or chapter you wish to
hide and press ENTER.
3 Select “Hide” and press ENTER.
• The thumbnail for the selected title
or chapter will dim.
4 When you play the disc, the hidden
titles or chapters will be omitted.
Unhiding a Title or Chapter
To unhide a title or chapter, selec t it and
choose “Show”.
Playing Hidden Titles/Chapters
Even if you have hidden titles or chapters
on a disc, you can still view them by
choosing “Full Play”.
Protecting a Title+R, +RW, -RW (VR)
To protect a title from accidental
recording, editing or deleting:
1 Press DISC MENU/LIST to display the
“Title List” menu.
2 Select the title you wish to protect
and press ENTER.
3 Select “Protect” and press ENTER.
• A lock icon appears on the title’s
thumbnail.
Unlocking a Protected Title
To unlock a protected title, select it and
choose “Unprotect”.
