ALoading tab: This tab must face into the scanner. A magnet inside the scanner grabs the holder here.
BWhite calibration slot: Before each scan, the scanner makes a white calibration through this opening.
CTension springs: ensure that each slide is positioned correctly as it loads into the holder.
DSlide clasp: grabs each slide from the magazine.
EFlexible back plate: this flexible metal plate is wrapped onto the internal virtual drum of the scanner.
FRigid top plate: this rigid plate holds and supports the slide.
