ELECTRIC PARTS TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE:

Possible Trouble 1

Is the Trans input power AC 115V?

YES

Is the Trans output power

about AC 14V?

YES

Is output Voltage of IC01D

DC 12V?

YES

Is output Voltage of IC02D

DC 5V?

YES

• The unit does not operate.

NO			• Check the Fuse.
NO			• Check the Fuse.
			• Check the wiring diagram.

NO		NO	• Check the Main
NO		NO	• Check the Main
	Is shorted the Trans. output?		P.W.B pattern.
			P.W.B pattern.
		YES


			• Exchange the Trans.




NO			• Exchange D02D~D05D.
			• Exchange IC01D.

NO	• Exchange IC02D.

Is the reset circuit all right?

(The No.14 of Micom

is 5V.)

YES

Is the

connection between

Main and Display

all right?

YES

• Exchange IC01A.

•Connect connector exactly.

Is the voltage No.18 of Micom	NO	• Check the P.W.B
	NO	• Check the P.W.B
		pattern.
