PROGRAMMABLE CONTROLS (Fig. 5)
The programmable control (Models HRO220P, HRW220P, HRO330P, HRW330P and HRO550P) allows you to program three different functions for each of the 5 menu buttons. The three functions are Cook, Grill, and Warm/Hold. The Cook cycle is for slow roasting; the Grill cycle is for searing and browning; the Warm/Hold cycle is a holding cycle. Recommended holding temperature is 185°F or 190°F. The rotisserie will continue to turn during the hold cycle.
