PEDAL ARM TUBE

TEFLON WASHERS (E)

FLAT WASHER (F)

BOLT (G)

LINK ARM BRACKET

SPACER (D)

LOWER LINK ARM

PEDAL ARM

AOpen HARDWARE BAG FOR STEP 4.

BAlign the bracket on the LEFT LOWER LINK ARM with the tube on the LEFT PEDAL ARM.

CSlide the SPACER (D) through the LINK ARM BRACKET and the PEDAL ARM so it can’t rotate.

DInsert 2 TEFLON WASHERS (E) between the PEDAL ARM and the LINK ARM BRACKET.

ESecure the joint with a FLAT WASHER (F) and BOLT (G).

FRepeat on the other side.

TEFLON WASHERS (I)

 

AOpen HARDWARE BAG FOR STEP 5.

BSlide SPACER (H) into LOWER LINK ARM.

CPlace TEFLON WASHERS (I) on either side of SPACER (H). While holding TEFLON WASHERS (I) slide LOWER LINK ARM into bottom end of LOWER HANDLEBAR.

DInsert BOLT (J) into LOWER HANDLEBAR and secure using NUT (K).

ERepeat on other side.
