Set the date and time

The current date and time are shown in the display when the machine is on and ready for use (Ready mode). The date and time will be printed on all faxes you send.

1.Press Menu.

2. Press

to choose SET DATE & TIME and press OK.

3.Press OK when the display shows Date Format.

4. Press to select either Europe (day month year) or USA (month day year)

and press OK.

5.Press OK when the display shows Date & Time.

6.Use the keypad to enter the date and time. You can move the cursor by

pressing

. Enter the hour in 24-hour format.

7.Press OK.

Turn on and off sounds

You can turn on and off the sounds the HP Fax makes.

WakeUp sounds

WakeUp sound will ring at a specific time set even when Silent Mode is enabled.

1.Press Menu repeatedly until SET UP SOUND appears and press OK.

2.WakeUp Sound will display. Press OK.
