7.2.9Sensor Redundancy View
This view displays the area covered by a set of Sensors. It is useful in planning for improved security cover in case of Sensor breakdown, malfunction, planned outages, and for location tracking by 3Com ® AirProtect Enterprise. You can set the Redundancy value using the slider bar at the bottom of the screen.
Recommended: Use a Sensor redundancy of three for location tracking.
All the locations on the layout should appear to be colored; any region which is white indicates that the region is not secured due to absence of signal from a Sensor.
