1.Prepare the notebook for disassembly (Section 5.3).
✎Steps 2 and 3 apply to Compaq Presario V4000 models.
2.Turn the notebook upside down with the rear panel toward you.
3.Remove the three PM2.5×7.0 screws that secure the switch cover to the notebook.
