beforeeachuse; drythorough}y.Invisiblespatters,dustspecks,cleansersor water
can cause stainsthat appear after unit is heated. A spongeor dishclothwhich is
notcleanwillleavefilm and soilladen detergentwaterwhich may causestains on
surface afterareais heated,
• When frying, usea spatter shieldto reducespattering.
• Usecorrectcontrol settingsand cookwarelarge enoughto holdfood and liquid to
preventboilovers and splattering.
• If abadspilloveroccurswhilecooking,spillsmaybecleanedfromthecooktopwhile
it is hotto prevent a tough cleaningchorelater. Using extremecare,wipewith a
clean towel. Be careful toavoid bums from steamor hands touching thehot
cooktop.
