To set probe feature
1. Insert the probe into the food item.
For meats,the probetipshouldbe located
in the center of the thickest part of the
moatand not in fat or touching a bone.
Placethefood in theoven using therack
positionsuggested on page 9.
Insertthe probe plug intothe receptacle located on thetop left of the oven.Be
certain to insert plug intothereceptacle all the way.
Note:Afterthe probe isinserted, the IndicatorWord PROBEwin flashand a beep
will sound reminding you to enter the desired probe temperature.
2. Touch Probe Pad.
IndicatorWord PROBE will flash and three dashes will beshown in the Display.
3. Touch the appropriate number pads to set thetemperature for desireddegree of
doneness.
The temperature may be set in 5o increments. (Allowable range is 100°to 200°.)
Example: At 10 o'clock to set the probe for 150%touch the Probe Pad and the
number pads"1,5,0". After five secondsthe Displaywill show probetemperature
or95°, whichever is higher. IndicatorWords CONV, BAKEand ROAST will flash.
