The following shows the warning messages that can be displayed on the screen. When a warning message is displayed, take
the corrective action described here.

Memo
The message display language corresponds to the menu display language setting. This is set to “English (English)” when the
projector is bought. The display language can be selected from 6 languages. (Refer to page 45.) However, the input mode
(PC1, PC2,Y/C, VIDEO) and button indications (FREEZE, D.ZOOM, ESCAPE) are only displayed in English irrespective of
the display language setting.
The language settings in the section are explained in “English”.
•When the DIGITAL ZOOM button
is pressed for the video signals
that cannot be zoomed (UXGA,
etc.), this message appears for a
few seconds to notify that the
image cannot be digitally zoomed.
* To forcibly clear the message,
press the ESCAPE button.
•Digital-zoom function does not
work for the inputted video
signals.
To use the this function, input the
video signals that can be digitally
zoomed.

•The accumulated lamp use time
reaches 900 hours.
* Every time the projector is turned
on, this message appears on the
screen.
•Press the ESCAPE button to
clear the massage.
(This display can be cleared with
the MENU button or other
buttons.)
•Arrange for a new light-source
lamp or replace the light-source
lamp a little earlier.

•The accumulated lamp use time
reaches 1000 hours.
The word “Warning” blinks.
* The message can be cleared by
pressing the ESCAPE button.
However, the same message will
appear every one hour.
* Once the projector is turned off,
the projector does not turn on
unless the light-source lamp is
replaced with new one.
* When the accumulated lamp use
time reaches 1010 hours, the
projector is forcibly shut off.
•Replace the light-source lamp
and reset the lamp use time. 56 ~ 59
