DIGEST PLAYBACK

You can play back a digest of the recorded videos (Digest Playback). This is useful for checking the content of the videos quickly.

0The following is a screen of the model with the built-in memory. 1 Open the LCD monitor.

0Check if the recording mode is A.

0If the mode is Bstill image, tap Bon the recording screen to display the mode switching screen.

Tap Ato switch the mode to video. (You can also use the A/Bbutton on this unit.)

2Tap “<<PLAY” to select the playback mode.

3Tap “MENU”.

0After selecting a date, tap “NEXT”.0When “ALL” is tapped, Digest Playback will be performed for all the dates.

0Tap L to exit the menu.

0Tap J to return to the previous screen.

7Tap to select a scene for Digest Playback.

0Error message is displayed if no scene is found. Select another scene, or tap “AUTO”.

8Select the Digest Playback time(Only when “AUTO” is selected in Step 7)0The time display of Digest Playback varies according to the recording time.

0When it takes time (more than 2 seconds) for “DIGEST PLAYBACK” to start after selecting Digest Playback time, a progress status will be displayed.

0The Digest Playback time is only a guide.9Digest Playback starts.

4Tap “PLAYBACK SETTING”.

10 Digest playback stops automatically, or display the next screen by tapping “MENU”.

6Tap to select a date for Digest Playback.0 TO NORMAL PLAYBACK: start normal playback.0 PLAYBACK AGAIN: start the digest playback again.

0 SAVE TO PLAYLIST: save the digest playback images to the playlist. “ PLAYBACK PLAYLIST ” (A p. 72)
