The Remote is capable of controlling four JVC video recorders independently. Each of VCRs can respond to one of four codes (A, B, C or D).

This Remote control is preset to send A code signals because your VCR is initially set to respond to A code signals. You can easily change your Remote and the VCR to send and respond to B, C or D code signals.

When using four JVC VCRs, set four VCRs and their Remotes to different codes, so that the Remotes can operate these VCRs separately.

To control four VCRs with the same Remote

You can control four JVC VCRs by switching the remote control code for the Remote between A, B, C and D ( step 2), keeping four VCRs to different control codes.

Press the Number key “1” for A code control signals, “2” for B code control signals, “3” for C code control signals, “4” for D code control signals. (To change only the remote control code for the Remote, DO NOT perform steps 3 to 5.)
