	Selects the video output for NTSC or PAL.
p PBC (Playback Control) button
	Switches on/off PBC (for VCD version 2.0 only).

	CD/VCD: starts playback at the desired time point on the
	disc.

	Plays back a certain scene or passage of a CD/VCD
	repeatedly.
e SLOW button
	Displays a VCD at a slower speed.
