●When this product is installed in an NAT environment, MPEG4 images cannot be viewed. This is due to the product design, therefore not a defect. (This product uses a network protocol called RTP for transmitting MPEG4 images. Generally, an NAT router cannot carry out NAT translation of RTP packets properly.)
●Certain hubs and switches equipped with SNMP functions have a broadcast or multicast control function. If the function is enabled, multicast images created by this product may not be viewed properly.
