single applianc e only. You may not make any copies of the soft ware other than as a backup copy for your own use. You may

not sell, rent, lease, lend, distribute or otherwise transfer copies of th e software or this manual to others, except that yo u may

permanently transfer all copie s of the software in your possessio n (including an y backups) and a ll related materials as a set to

another person who accepts the terms of this license agreement. You may not modify, transcribe, translate, decompile,

reverse engineer or reverse a ssemble the so ft ware, or create any derivative work from it. We may terminate this license at any

time without notice if you bre ach any of these terms. If any provision of this licens e is held to be unenforceable or contrar y to

any applicable law, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

The software programs that are part of this product are pr ovided with Restricted Rights in accordance with 48 CF R § 52.227-

14 and may not be used, reproduc ed, or disclosed by the Government exce pt that this software may be (1) used or copied for

use in or with the computer or computers for which it was acquir ed, incl udin g use at any Government installati on to which such

computer or computers may be transferred; (2) used or c opied for use in a backup computer if any computer for which it was

acquired is inoperative; (3) reproduced for safekeeping (archives) or backup purposes; (4) modified, adapted, or combined

with other computer software, provided that the modified, combined, or adapted portions of the derivative software

incorporating restricted computer soft ware are made subject to the same restricted rights; (5) disclosed to and re produced for

use by support service Contra ctors in accordance with subparagr aphs (1) throu gh (4) of this cl ause, provided the Government

makes such disclosure or reproduction subject to these restricted rights; and (6) used or copied for use in or transferred to a

replacement computer. Not withstanding the foregoing, if this computer s oftware is published c opyrighted computer sof tware, it

is licensed to the Governmen t, without disclosure pro hibitions, with the minimum r ights set forth in this clause. An y other ri ghts

or limitations regarding the use, duplication, or disclosure of this computer software are to be expressly stated in, or
