HOW TO USE

AUTO DEFROST TABLE

NOTE: Meat of irregular shape and large, fatty cuts of meat should have the narrow or fatty areas shielded with foil at the beginning of the defrost sequence.

Meat settings

FOOD	SETTING	AT BEEP	SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

BEEF
Ground Beef,	MEAT	Remove thawed portions with fork.	Do not defrost less than 1/4 lb.
Bulk		Turn over. Return remainder to oven.	Freeze in ball shape.
Ground Beef,	MEAT	Separate and rearrange.	Do not defrost less than 2 oz. patties.
Patties			Depress center when freezing.
Round Steak	MEAT	Turn over. Cover warm areas with	Place in a microwave safe dish.

Tenderloin	MEAT	Turn over. Cover warm areas with	Place in a microwave safe dish.
Steak		aluminum foil.
Stew Beef	MEAT	Remove thawed portions with fork.	Place in a microwave safe dish.

		Return remainder to oven.

Chuck Roast		aluminum foil.
Rib Roast	MEAT	Turn over. Cover warm areas with	Place in a microwave safe dish.

LAMB	MEAT	Remove thawed portions with fork.	Place in a microwave safe dish.
Cubes for	MEAT	Remove thawed portions with fork.	Place in a microwave safe dish.
Stew		Return remainder to oven.
Chops	MEAT	Separate and rearrange.	Place in a microwave safe dish.
(1 inch thick)
PORK
Chops	MEAT	Separate and rearrange.	Place in a microwave safe dish.
(1/2 inch thick)	MEAT	Separate and rearrange.	Place in a microwave safe dish.
Hot Dogs	MEAT	Separate and rearrange.	Place in a microwave safe dish.
