Quality	(1)	Select the “Quality “setting that is located under the “Record”
		tab.
	(2)	Choose HQ to record in high quality. This requires more
		storage space. The other setting reduces recording quality,
		but it uses less storage space.
	(3)	Press	to confirm.
Permanent Time	(1)	Select the “Permanent time shift” setting under the “Record”
Shift		tab.
	(2)	Select “On” or “Off”.
	(3)	Press	to confirm.
