Per usufruire dell'assistenza telefonica gratuita è necessario che la fotocamera sia registrata presso Kodak. Verrà chiesto di fornire il numero di serie della fotocamera ed eventualmente anche la prova di acquisto per verificare lo stato attuale della garanzia. Le telefonate relative a fotocamere non coperte da garanzia comportano un addebito su carta di credito. La registrazione della fotocamera presso Kodak è gratuita.

5.Opzioni di assistenza fuori garanzia

Qualora il cliente desideri parlare con un rappresentante dell'assistenza Kodak, qualsiasi chiamata di segnalazione che non rientri nel periodo di garanzia sarà soggetta al pagamento di una tariffa. Per chiamata di segnalazione si intende una chiamata in cui vengono affrontati solo quei problemi segnalati durante il primo contatto telefonico o messaggio di posta elettronica. Le chiamate successive da parte di rappresentanti Kodak o da parte del cliente al centro di assistenza Kodak per risolvere i problemi segnalati nella chiamata non verranno addebitate, a condizione che il cliente fornisca un numero di telefono valido e attivo. Non verrà effettuato alcun addebito per le chiamate relative alla segnalazione di anomalie o di bug. Le chiamate per accordarsi sull'intervento di assistenza non verranno addebitate, oppure il relativo costo verrà detratto dal preventivo di riparazione o dalla fattura finale.
