Protecting Pictures
Use the Protect feature to prevent special pictures from being accidentally deleted from the COMPACTFLASH Card.
1Turn the Mode dial to Review 
and press Menu.
2Press an 
arrow button to display the picture you want to protect.
3Highlight the Protect menu 
, then press Select.
4Press Select to protect the picture.
The Protect icon appears in the LCD screen with the protected picture.
5Press Select again to remove picture protection.
6Press Menu to exit the Menu screen.
