080 Fuser warm up
error
The voltage of the Thermistor remains low for a prede-
termined period of time after a warm-up cycle is
started.
The temperature detected by the Thermistor remains
lower than a reference value for a 9 second period of
time beginning 5 seconds after the start of the warm-
up cycle (where the temperature detected by the Ther-
mistor is 80 °C or less).
The temperature detected by the Thermistor does not
increase for a 3 second or longer period between the
time beginning after the lapse of a predetermined
period of time after the Fusing Roller Heater Lamp has
been turned ON and ending when the lamp is turned
OFF.
The Fusing Roller Heater Lamp remains ON for a 30
second or longer period of time (except during the
period during which the Main Motor remains ener-
gized).
100 Fuser temperature
low
The temperature detected by the Thermistor remains
lower than the set temperature continuously for a pre-
determined period of time while the fusing temperature
control is being provided.
(The set temperatures are as follows: 140 °C during a
print mode at 600 dpi; 70 °C during the standby
mode.)
200 Fuser overheat
The temperature detected by the Thermistor remains
higher than 235 °C for a predetermined period of time
while the fusing temperature control is being provided.
