1 Is the paper damp? YES Replace the paper with paper
that was just unwrapped.
2 Is there toner left in the Toner Cartridge? NO Replace the Toner Cartridge.
3 Is the PC Drum faulty (life)? YES Replace the Drum Cartridge.
4 Is the developing bias faulty? YES Replace the High Voltage Unit
(HV1).
Replace the Controller/Image
Control Board (PWB-I).
5 Is the image transfer faulty? YES Replace the Image Transfer
Roller.
Replace the High Voltage Unit
(HV1).
