• The Error indicator lights up and a message appears in the display when a paper misfeed

occurs.

1. Open the Auto Document Feeder (ADF) cover, remove the misfed paper and any

remaining paper, and then close the Auto Document Feeder (ADF) cover.

2. The error indicator will go off.
