3To stop synchronising with one PC completely, tap the PC and tap Delete.

NOTE: Outlook emails can be synchronised with only one computer. To change the available synchronisation settings, select the type of information and tap Settings.

To synchronise directly with an Exchange Server

You can set up a synchronisation with an Exchange Server on your device if it is available to you through your company or wireless service provider. However, you should first ask your administrator for the following information and then continue with the steps: email address, Exchange Server address, user name, password and domain name.

1In ActiveSync on the device, tap Menu > Configure Server. If you have not yet set up synchronisation with an Exchange Server, it will say Add Server Source.

2Enter the email address and tap Next.

3In Server address, enter the address of the server running Exchange Server. Select the checkbox if this Server requires an encrypted (SSL) connection. Tap Next.

4Enter user name, password and domain, then tap Next. To change the rules for resolving synchronisation conflicts, tap Advanced.

5Select the checkboxes for the types of information items that you want to synchronise with Exchange Server.
