HOW TO USE 33

PROOF (Lower Oven)

This feature maintains a warm oven for rising yeast leavened products before baking.

To set the PROOF function:

1Use rack B or C for proofing.

2Press the Jkey.

3Press the qkey.

Display Screen (example):

Lower oven only

Upper & Lower oven at the same time

4When proofing is finished, press the Zkey.

NOTE

yy To avoid lowering the oven temperature and length- ening proofing time, do not open the oven door un- necessarily. Check bread products early to avoid over- proofing.

yy Do not use the proofing mode for warming food or keeping food hot. The proofing oven temperature is not hot enough to hold foods at safe temperatures. Use the WARM feature to keep food warm.

Proofing will not operate when the oven is above 125°F. wwill show in the display.

FAVORITE (LDG3016ST Lower Oven)

This feature may store and recall up to 3 different settings. The favorite setting feature may be used with COOK TIME feature. This feature will not work with any other function including START TIME feature.

1To set FAVORITE

1)Place the food in the oven.

2)Press key to select the food.

Default temperature will appear in display and COOK will blink.

		key once.
	Meat	Press FAVORITE	325°F	Convection

	Chicken	Press FAVORITE	350°F	Convection
		key 3 times.		Roast

3)Touch number keys to set the desired oven temperature. This temperature will be stored and be recalled next use.

4)Touch qkey. The preheat indicator tones will sound 3 times when the oven reaches the programmed temperature.

NOTE

yy Only the temperature you selected will be stored, not the cooking time.

yy If the oven temperature is changed, the changed temperature will be stored.

yy The stored temperature is retained after a power failure.
