LEG CURL (SL30)

Muscle exercised: Hamstrings.
Setup: Select desired weight. Lie face down with back of ankles under pad. Knees should be off of the end of the bench so they line up with the pivot point of the machine.
Performing the exercise: Grip the handles. Keeping your hips on the bench, slowly bend your legs as much as possible. Hold the pad at the top position for a moment. Slowly let the pad down.
Using the range limiter (SL35): If the machine is equipped with a range limiter, you may adjust the range of motion and starting pad location. Set the desired pad location by using the number coded pull knob. Set the desired range of motion by using the letter coded pull knob.
