HIP ABDUCTOR (SL60)
Start Position
Muscle exercised: Hip abductors
Setup: Select desired weight. Sit down with feet on foot pegs so knees are bent 90 degrees. Use the lever to select a desired starting point with the knees together.
Performing the exercise: Hold the handles and slowly move the pads out, pushing with the knees. Hold the outward extreme position briefly. Slowly return to the start position. When finished, pull the lever to release the weight pads to exit the machine.
