Any single standard MAGMA manufactured product may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the price paid for the product being returned (must be in new condition in the original packaging). Any MAGMA manufactured product returned for repair under warranty will be repaired and shipped within one week unless it is necessary for a Technical Support Engineer to contact you and discuss the repair. Repaired products are returned by the same shipping method as they are received. Please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization number before returning the product.
