Lime et guidage de la lime

Pour affirter la lime, il faut utiliser un porte-lime special avec une lime ronde de chaine. Les limes rondes normales ne sont pas appropriees. Numero de commande, voir accessoires.

099:Limer la premiere moitie de dent de rabotage avec la lime ronde de la chaine de sciage 0 7/32" (5.5 mm), ensuite 0 3/16" (4.8 mm).

496:Limer le dent de rabotage avec la lime ronde de la chaine de sciage 0 7/32" (5.5 mm).

La lime ne doit attaquer que lors de la passe en avant (fleche).

Lors du retour, relever la lime du materiel.

La dent de rabotage la plus courte est affDtee la premiere. La longueur de cette dent est alors la mesure type pour toutes les autres dents de rabotage de la chaine de sciage.

Les nouvelles dents de rabotage doivent dtre exactement adaptees aux formes des dents usees, ainsi qu'aux surfaces de roulement.

Conduire la lime honzontalement(90" par rapport au guide).

Un porte-limefacilite le guidagede la lame, il portedes reperes pour I'angle d'affatage correct de 25" (orienter les reperes parallelement a la chaine de scie) et limite la profondeur de penetration(4/5 du diametre de la lime). Voir accessoires pour le n" de commande.

Ala suite du nouvel affatage. verifier la hauteur du limiteur de profondeur avec la jauge de mesure pour chalne. Voir accessoires pour le node commande.

Enlever avec la lime plate speciale (1) tout depassement, mbme le moindre.

Arrondir a nouveau le limiteur de profondeur a I'avant (2).
