Verifier le graissage de la chaine

Ne jamais scier sans graissage suffisant. Vous risquez sinon de reduire la duree de vie du dispositif de sciage!

Verifier avant de demarrer le travail la quantite d’huile dans le reservoir, ainsi que le debit d’huile.

Le debit d’huile peut 6tre verifie de la maniere suivante:

Demarrerla tronqonneuse (voirchapitre <( Demarrerle moteun).

Maintenir la chaine de sciage en marche env. 6” (15 cm) par dessusunesouche d’arbreou lesol (choisirune base adequate).

Lorsque le graissage est suffisant, on doit observer une legere trace d’huile par I’huile ejectee. Faire attention a la direction du vent et ne pas s’exposer inutilement a la vapeur d’huile.

Remarque:

Apres la mise hors service de la tronqonneuse, il est normal que de petitesquantitesd’huilede chaine restant encore dans le systeme de conduited’huile et sur le guides’ecoulent encore

un certain temps. II ne s’agit

d’un defaut dans ce cas.

A effectuer que si le moteur est arrete! STOP

Le debit de I’huileest reglable avec la vis de reglage (1).La vis de reglage se trouve sur le dessous du carter.

La pompe a huile est reglee en usine pour un debit moyen.

Pour modifier le debit avec la tournevis, ajuster le debit par la vis de reglage en:

tournant a droite pour avoir un debit plus faible

tournant a gauche pour avoir un debit plus fort.

Mdmeune modificationminimedu r6glagede la vis (1)peutaffecter le debit d’huile. Verifier pendant le travail qu’il y a suftisamment d’huile a chaine dans le reservoir.Si necessaire, faire I’appoint.

Pour que la pompe a huile fonctionne toujours parfaitement, la rainure de guidage d’huile sur le carter du vilebrequin (2), ainsi que les orifices d’entree d’huile dans le guide de la chaine (3) doivent regulierement dtre nettoyes.
