Auswechseln des antriebsriemens

Es wird empfohlen, den/die Riemen von einer qualifizierten Kundendienststelle austauschen zu lassen.

Auswechseln der Zinken

Verschlissene Zinken sind die Ursache dafür, warum die Bodenfräse härter arbeiten muß und flacher gräbt. Noch wichtiger aber ist, daß verschlissene Zinken organische Stoffe weder so gut zerhacken und zerschneiden noch so tief in die Erde eingraben können wie einwandfreie Zinken. Verschlis- sene Zinken (Abb. 16) müssen daher ausgewechselt werden.

Um die hervorragende Arbeitsleistung der Maschine beizube- halten. Mussen die Zinken regelmäßig auf Schärfe, Verschleiß und Verbiegunf überprüft werden, insbesondere die Zinken, die sich in der Nähe des Kraftübertragungs- systems (Abb.

17)befinden. Wenn der Zinkenabstand 9 cm berschreitet. Müssen sie ausgetauscht oder gerade gerichlet werden.

Neue Zinken sollten gemäß (Abb.18) zusammengesetzt werden. Geschärfte Zinkenschneiden drehen sich von oben im Gegenuhrzeigersinn (Abb.18).

WICHTIG!

Niemals den Drehzahlregler andern, er ist ab Werk auf die richtige Drehzahl eingestellt.
