Remplacement de la courroie de transmission au sol

Il est recommandable que (la) (les) courroie(s) soient rem- placées par un centre des services à la clientèle qualifié.

Changement des dents

Une dent très usagée fait travailler votre fraizeuse plus péniblement et labourer moins profondément. Plus encore, des dents usées ne peuvent couper ni déchirer les matieres organiques, ni les enterrer aussi profondément que de bonnes dents. A ce point d'usure (fig. 16), la dent doit être changée.

Pour maintenir l'exvellente capacité de fraisage de cette machine il faut contrôler le coupant, l'usure et la courbure des dents, et en particulier des dents les plus proches de la transmission (fig. 17). Si l'écart entre les dents dépasse 9 cm, il faut les changer et les redresser si nécessaire.

Les dents neuves sont mises en place comme indiqué à la (fig.18). Le tranchant des dents affIutées doit tourner vers l'arrière, vu du dessus (fig. 18).

ATTENTION!

Ne touchez pas au régulateur du moteur qui est préréglé en usine à la vitesse convenable.
