●Connect the SUB output from the surround controller to the subwoofer’s line level input.

●Connect the appropriate outputs from the surround controller to the 555 amplifier line inputs, using screened audio cable.
●Connect the loudspeaker outputs from the 555 power amplifier to suitable loudspeakers.
The 541 Surround Controller provides very high quality crossovers for the subwoofer. For best results you should remove or disable any crossover in the subwoofer, and leave the surround controller set to Sub Narrow. Even if you cannot bypass the subwoofer crossover we recommend you leave the surround controller set to Sub Narrow to use the surround controller’s crossover, and set the subwoofer crossover to its highest setting (eg 200Hz).
