Les machines ˆ dŽgauchir et ˆ raboter HC 410 combinŽes servent ˆ raboter des matŽriaux en bois* de section rectangulaire ou carrŽe. Les pi•ces ˆ usiner rondes, qui ne tiennent pas en toute sŽcuritŽ sur la table ou encore qui ne peuvent •tre maintenues en toute sŽcuritŽ par les dispositifs contre les chocs en retour de la raboteuse (p. ex. des poutres triangulaires), ne peuvent pas •tre usinŽes avec ces machines.

* Les matŽriaux en bois sont des matŽriaux composŽs d'au moins 90 % de bois.

6Consignes de transport

La machine est ŽquipŽe de 4 Ïillets de suspension pour pouvoir •tre soulevŽe de la palette ainsi que pour le transport. Une poutre, un tuyau ou autre peut •tre glissŽ dans les Ïillets. Une fois la machine posŽe, les Ïillets sont ˆ dŽmonter.

Ne jamais soulever la machine par les plaques de dŽgauchissage.

7Mise en service

7.1Premier montage

Pour des raisons de transport, les machines sont livrŽes avec butŽe dŽmontŽe et poste terminal rabattu sur le c™tŽ.

Desserrer les vis des plaques de	Desserrer la vis de calage (A) et insŽrer
brides, positionner le poste terminal ˆ	la butŽe.
la verticale et resserrer les vis.
