5Gebruiksmogelijkheden

De gekombineerde vlak- en vandikte schaafmachines, HC 410 D, zijn gebouwd om houtwerkstoffen* te schaven met een rechthoekige of een vierkante vorm. Ronde werkstukken of werkstukken welke niet veilig op de machine-tafel kunnen gelegd worden of door de terugslagkleppen bij het vandikteschaven niet veilig kunnen gegrepen worden mogen met deze machine niet geschaafd worden.

* Onder houtwerkstoffen verstaan wij stoffen, welke tenminste 90 % hout bevatten.

6In gebruikname

Om de machine van de palet te nemen evenals voor het transport is de machine met 4 transportogen voorzien. Door de transportogen kan een buis of lat geschoven worden. Na het opstellen worden de trans- portogen verwijderd.

De machine mag niet aan de vlakplaten worden opgetild.

7Ingebruikname

7.1Eerste montage

Omwille van gemakkelijker transport wordt de langsaanslag gedemonteerd geleverd en de terminal is langs de zijkant gedraaid.

De schroeven van de flensplaat losmaken en de terminal vertikaal bevestigen.

De klemschroef (A) losmaken en de langsgeleider inschuiven.
