Active charcoal filter
If you changed the active charcoal filters at a later date and the active charcoal filter change display is off, the timer must be reset via the settings mode:
Touch the button and keep your finger on the button.
Now tap once on the ON/OFF button (WITHOUT releasing the button!).
Keep your finger on the button for another 5 seconds until c is displayed.
Keep tapping the button until ^ is displayed.
Tap the ON/OFF button to confirm.
Now keep tapping the button until you see ^ 2 in the display.
Tap the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds to confirm.
The timer is reset.
Keep tapping the button until c is displayed.
Tap the ON/OFF button.
You have left the settings mode.
Tip:
If you are storing
–place the retainer with the active charcoal filters on the same shelf as the
–if necessary, change the active charcoal filters earlier (and reset the timer),
–put additional active charcoal filters (with retainer) in the appliance.
Active AirClean filters and retainers are available from your Miele dealer or from Miele Customer Service.
