Installing the appliance
The air intake and outlet must not be blocked or covered in any way. They also need to be dusted/cleaned on a regular basis.
If the appliance is installed next to a wall c, a gap of approx. 50 mm (2") is needed on the hinge side between the wall and the appliance b, so that the appliance doors can be completely open, with space for the handle.
The appliance can be installed in any kitchenette. To match the appliance to the height of the kitchenette, a suitable adapter cabinet a can be installed over the appliance.
A ventilation gap of at least 50 mm (2") depth must be left behind the applicance. The gap between the appliance/adapter cabinet and the room ceiling must be at least 40 mm (1 9/16"), so that warm air can escape without obstruction.
