FRESH AIR INTAKE (Installation at site)

1. Location for installing fresh air intake

2. Air flow & static pressure conditions for fresh

air intake

Detail drawing of fresh air intake
Be sure to use a duct fan (booster fan) when applying fresh
air intake. As for sequential operation with the duct fan, see
Item 3.

3. Sequential operation method with duct fan.

(Booster fan)

Have the duct fan “ON”whenever indoor is in operation
mode (air-conditioning and fan).
(1) Connect optional multiple remote controller adapter
(PAC-725AD) to indoor microprocessor board CN51.
(2) Drive the relay after connecting the DC12V relay
between the Yellow and Orange connector lines.
* Use a relay under 1W.

The fresh air intake duct can be connected by removing the knockout holes on the casing of the indoor unit and attaching the
fresh air intake flange and duct. When applying fresh air intake, confirm that the mixed air is within applicable conditions as the
intake air mixes with the ambient air.
