3.4.6 Averaging processing setting (buffer memory address 9: Un\G9)
(1) When selecting sampling processing or av eraging processing, write the setting to
buffer memory address 9 (Un\G9).
(2) When averaging processing is selected, se lect average time or average number
of times.
(3) By default, sampling processing is set f or all channels.
(4) In the case of the Q64AD module, b4 to b7 and b12 to b15 (CH5 to CH8) are
invalid.
