Install the Update Utility on a computer with MicrosoftWindows98 or greater. The computer should also have MicrosoftOffice2000 (or greater installed), which includes Access database software.

1. Install the Update Utility by inserting the Update Utility CD into the CD-ROM drive on your computer. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.

2. Start the Update Utility. The main screen appears.

Status Bar

At the bottom left-hand corner, there is a status bar, which displays the utility’s current status.

♦To update the keypad’s software/application, see “Updating the Keypad,” for more information.
