To update the keypad/terminal:
1. Connect the serial cable from the computer to the keypad/terminal.
2. From the main screen, click Update Terminal.
The Update Utility begins sending the application and data files to the keypad.
This process may take several minutes. Do not click Cancel while updating the keypad/terminal.
3. When finished, you see “Update Complete. Please unplug terminal power and connect printer cable.” Click OK.
