Whenever you return to the main screen, you are prompted:

After the changes are made to the key and label data, send the updated data to the keypad/terminal, so the changes appear on any future labels printed.
Note: Make sure the printer is connected to the computer.
Make sure the computer’s serial communication values match those at the keypad.
