Personalizing Your Phone

Personalizing a Ring Style

You can change the alerts that notify you of the following events: incoming calls, text messages, voicemail

messages, data calls, alarms, and reminders. Any changes you make are applied to the current ring style.

Personalizing Your Phone

Find the Feature	M > Settings > Ring Styles
	> style Detail

Note: style represents the current ring style.

Press		To
1	Sup or down	scroll to the event

2	CHANGE (+)	select the event
3	Sup or down	scroll to the alert you want

4	SELECT (+)	select the alert

•Some ring tones vibrate automatically. If you use one of these tones, your phone vibrates even when it is not set to Vibrate or Vibe&Ring. To turn off these vibrations, select M> Settings > Haptics > Off.

•Java™ applications can make your phone vibrate or light up. You can turn off App Vibration and App Backlight under M> Settings > Java Settings.
