You can insert media objects into the text as you type it. Photos, pictures, and animations display in the letter. Sounds and video clips are represented by a sound file or video clip indicator.

To insert a media object at the cursor location:

Press		To
1	M	open the message menu
2	Sup or down	scroll to Insert Options
3	SELECT (+)	display the type of objects
		you can insert
4	Sup or down	scroll to the type of object you
		want
5	SELECT (+)	select the type
6	Sup or down	scroll to the object you want
7	SELECT (+)	insert the object
When you finish composing the text:
Press		To
1	OK (+)	store the text
2	keypad keys	enter one or more email
		addresses
	or
	PH.BOOK (+)	select recipients from the
		phonebook
3	OK (+)	store the recipients
